Welcome to our charming studio, cradled in the unique community of Atwater Village. The interior is modern with flowing natural light. There is a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed to give comfort to 4 people. There is a kitchenette equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster but no stove. There is a Heat/Cool Window Air Conditioner. The studio is on top of a garage, expect to feel the garage door opening in the morning and evening. There is stairs leading to the studio.

It is walking distance to a variety of good restaurants (All'Acqua, Blu Jam Cafe, Hail Mary, Bon Vivant Market & Cafe, Baracoa Cuban, Sagrado Mezcaleria, Viet Noodle Bar, Dune, Coral Reef Chinese), bars (Morrison, Atwater Village Tavern, The Griffin, Frogtown brewery), cafes (Black Elephant, Kaldi, Proof & Starbucks), unique shops, library and post office. Nearby attractions are Griffith Park, LA Zoo, LA River Bike Path, Greek Theater, Forrest Lawn Museum, The Americana Outdoor Mall, Sunday Farmer's Market, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, and Olvera Street.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire backyard / patio with pergola, daybed, and street parking. The firepit is for decoration only and not to be used.
Expect to share the backyard with our dog, Vino occasionally.

Other things to note
Vino, our rescue dog likes to share his love to guests. Our dog and cats are not allowed in the Airbnb studio. We have a storage for guests, if you want to leave your luggage and explore the city.
