Close enough to Los Angeles so it is an easy drive when needed but far away enough that it feels like you are truly on a vacation. Right on the water so you can’t get any closer and the neighbors are all so friendly and nice. Seals come lounge every day on the rocks about 100 yards away. We also have high-quality binoculars if you want to get a closer look at the breathtaking views or surrounding ocean wildlife.

The space
This Duplex is right on the sand, and the only way to get closer to the water is to be on a boat. The living room and master bedroom don't just have ocean views, you feel as though you are part of the ecosystem. Watch pelicans dive for fish from the living room couch. Take in the majestic seals sunbathing on the rocks from your master bedroom. As you read a book on the balcony, look up at the ocean and you may catch some dolphins frolicking in the water, or in winter, a whale surfacing for air. If you're looking for a place to live, or simply an escape for some downtime, this is the ideal location.

There is an IPad built into the wall that controls the smart home including Spotify that plays music through the built-in speakers all over the home and in the patio deck. We have everything you need for a weekend escape or a longer vacation so you never have to leave the house (if you choose!). As soon as you walk into the home you feel a calm peacefulness that never leaves you. You are welcomed to a stunningly beautiful view of the ocean where you can spend hours watching the birds, seals, dolphins, and even whales, pass by. It is truly breathtaking.
