The ground floor contains an open plan kitchen/diner with a seperate cosy living room complete with freeview television and wood burning stove.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas oven and hob, and washing machine. In addition to this, there is a dining table and chairs suitable for four people.
Completing the ground floor is a bathroom complete with bath with shower over, W.C and basin.
Stairs lead to the first floor which houses two spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite cloakroom. In addition to this there is a utility area housing a tumble dryer. In the second bedroom, there is also a single bed provided.
For small children, a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate can be organised with sufficient notice.
Every room has central heating.
The whole of the house is accessible. In addition to this there is a spacious garden with ample parking, a seating area, and a wildlife pond.

Keys will be accessible either in-person or via a secure key safe.
Other things to note
We now provide WiFi free of charge. The mobile phone signals in the village are patchy but they are there. We always get a signal in the bedrooms (02 and Vodafone anyway) and the phone roaming data also works. Phone reception also in the garden.
