Brea and Tim's place was much more than expected. We had a great girls weekend in Chicago and this apartment was a comfortable, clean, safe and quite place to come back to at the end of the day. They were responsive but not invasive. If we had questions, we communicated via email. The location was also fantastic. Oak Park is a wonderful place to eat and shop. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lot of space for a great value. Thanks Brea and Tim for sharing your place.

There isn't enough space to rave about Brea & Tim's apartment--it was absolutely perfect for our family of four during our visit to Chicago. The location was exactly what we needed, close to downtown and not too far from our family in the suburbs. Besides being much bigger than it looks, the apartment is decorated so well that you feel like you are at home. The beds are really comfy and Brea and Tim have gone the extra mile with special touches like soap and shampoo already to use in the shower, ground coffee ready to brew, and my favorite--the motion sensor lights in the hallway that made our nightly returns to the apartment so much easier to navigate. We loved being able to stream Netflix and watch our shows before going to bed in the evening. Off-street parking was a nice extra, and the info on the kitchen bulletin board about dining and shopping really came in handy. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Brea and Tim have thought of everything and really gone the extra mile to make their apartment stand out. Thank you, Brea and Tim!!!

What a lovely place! Great taste and style of decorating. The space feels cozy yet spacious. The master bedroom is quite big, the 3rd bedroom is large, and the middle bedroom comfortably fits the bed but not much more. Access to the place was easy and they had thought of lots of things to make our stay comfortable--coffee, tea, oatmeal, shampoo, etc. There is a large, nice playground right across the street with easy walking to things in Oak Park. Would happily stay there again!

Brea and Tim's place was great and very stylish. They were also amazing hosts. It was the first time my friends and I have been to Chicago, and they were very helpful. They supplied information on nearby places, how to access the train system, etc. If we had questions, they always replied within a reasonable time. I plan on visiting Chicago again in the future and I'll definitely choose their place again.

The apartment was very clean, very nice and everything from chech in to check out was as planed. Brea and Tim were very helpfull. Apartment is exelent for groups of 5-6 friends or for families. Kitchen is well equipped, we used it every day. I took us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown of Chicago. In rush hours it took us about 60 minutes. So for our group of 5 it was great. All around experience was awsome, we really love to go back next year. Thank you Brea & Tim
