Well I'm very glad you liked the apartment, that really is always good to hear. We've put a lot of effort into making the space as comfortable, attractive and accommodating as we can.
I still don't quite understand how you got lost, I checked our communications and one of the first messages I sent you was the address of the building. This was followed by a message you sent me asking me if you had the level and building numbers correct which you did, twice. We even sent you photos of the building, focusing on the pedestrian entrance. Then when you arrived, I met you personally and showed you the entrance when I took you to the apartment. I'm really not sure what more we could do here. Regardless of that, I didn't mind being called at midnight but I do wish you hadn't tried using the key to enter someone else's apartment, even though it's in the other building the unit number is totally different. Still I am glad you realised your mistake while I was getting dressed and called me back.
