Leeton-on-Sea's Studio 2 is a ground-floor, garden-view apartment. The property itself is beachfront, with direct access to the beach through a gate. We are located on Barbados' South Coast.

Next to Studio 2 is Studio 3, which is bookable through Airbnb. The rooms have connecting doors which can be opened if rented at the same time. Otherwise, they are securely locked. Studio 4 is on the first floor. The property is 15 minutes' drive from the airport. People of all backgrounds are most welcome.

The space
This property sits on the beach. On its seaward side, it has direct access to a 180-degree panoramic, breathtaking, white, sandy beach which is excellent for walking, running, swimming, tanning or just lazing in the sun. Beach chairs as well as beach towels are available however beach chairs can only be used on the property and not on the beach. From the beach, you can view South Point - the southernmost tip of the island - and enjoy the warm, turquoise waters of the surrounding Atlantic Ocean/Caribbean Sea.

The apartment, which looks out onto a garden, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi and a flat screen television. For your entertainment, local, regional and international programming are available. The studio is self-contained, with a shower and fully equipped kitchenette. There is also access to a deep freeze if required. Studio 2 can accommodate two persons.

For stays of 7 nights or less, fresh towels will be provided. For stays over 7 nights, the space is cleaned and the linens are changed. There is also access to a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
