This beautiful apartment is 10mins from Glasgow Airport. It is an 8min walk to the local train station (Hawkhead), which is a 15 min ride away from Glasgow City Centre. It is a 3min drive to Tesco and Morrison’s Supermarkets and an 8min drive to Silverburn & Braehead shopping / entertainment arenas. Various bars, cafes and shops can be found in the town of Paisley, which is a 3min drive from the apartment. It is located in a quiet, leafy area perfect for a relaxing holiday or a business trip.
This flat was completed in 2017 and is a newly refurbished 1930's B-listed building originally designed by the famous Scottish architect Thomas Tait.
The flat building is visible from afar for its stunning Art Deco features. Controlled access to the building leads to the short flight of stairs to the first floor where the flat is situated. As soon as you step into the flat, it gives you a brand new feel.

You will have exclusive access to my flat during your stay. As SpotHost helps me host, you can be assured to receive excellent guest experience. The house will be accessible to check-in on a 24hrs basis via a team member meeting you at the site to introduce the place and its facilities. There is a designated parking space available outside the building, along with additional visitors parking.
Complimentary towels, shampoo and hand soap are provided, as well as tea/coffee and fresh milk provided for guests.
There is an information pack, leaflets and take-away menus in the apartment with exclusive discounts highlighting the main attractions, restaurants, best ways to get around and much more.
