Eric & Jenna were awesome hosts! They were super nice and welcomed us into their home right away. The room is large, private, and cozy. We loved the decor and the little details that made the stay more comfortable (coffee, snacks, guest book, & being able to control the temperature). The property is gorgeous and we really liked visiting the llamas and swinging on the front porch. If we ever end up back in Iowa, we'd most definitely stay with Eric & Jenna again. Highly recommend for a lovely stay in the country!

I arrived at 9p and they were very flexible with my fluctuating arrival time - as I had been driving all day. Jenna warmly greeted me. The house is huge and lovely. The room is spacious and private. There is tea and some snacks - was so pleased to find bedtime Yogi tea! The bed was very comfortable. All of my needs were met. I wish I had had more time to soak in the beautiful landscape and talk more to Jenna and Eric. But I was on a mission to get from DC to Denver in 2 days.

Thank you Eric and Jenna. Great place to stay, quiet and peaceful setting. Nice private room and bathroom. Eric was very helpful with the heater and both were there to greet me and ask about my day. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks again

Exactly as described. Jenna greeted me, and showed me up through their kitchen to a private staircase that led to a private upstairs bathroom and bedroom. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the quiet of being on a farm lends itself to one of the most peaceful sleeps to be had. They thought of everything in terms of soap, towels, a TV, a coffee maker, and snacks. Hope to be passing through the area again so I can return in the future.

Had a great time at Eric and Jenna's home. Great location from Kinnick. If you want to be in Iowa City you can be there in 15 minutes. They recommended a great place to eat in Oxford. It is everything you need in a place to stay just a lot cheaper than a hotel!!!

With the short days of November, it was unfortunately dark by the time I arrived, so did not get to see the farm, but it was a very peaceful place to spend the night.

Eric and Jenna were very friendly, helpful, and gracious hosts! Our room and bathroom were located upstairs, nicely decorated, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. A coffee maker was available our room and we had full use of the kitchen and dining area. Their country farmhome has been beautifully restored and is located on acres of farmland surrounded by trees. You need to drive on some dirt roads off the beaten path to get there, but the drive is well worth it! We would definitely stay there again!

Response from Eric & Jenna:
So glad you chose to stay with us, Bob! Just one quick note, for anyone concerned about the driving: the roads are off the beaten path, but they're all gravel. (If you end up on a dirt road, you've gone way off-route!) :)
