A wonderful converted barn nestled within the South Downs National Park. Situated down a private lane on the outskirts of the pretty village of Fernhurst, the barn is surrounded by woodland and open countryside and lies in the grounds of our 17th century home.
1 large studio, separate kitchen and bathroom.
The barn has a large open plan living space spread out over one floor, with a separate kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed with mattress topper and fresh cotton linen, an L-shaped sofa, television with Freeview and beautiful stone floors with underfloor heating and rugs. The barn has a spacious separate kitchen with a table and chairs, a large fridge freezer, butlers sink, oven, hob and washing machine. A toaster, kettle, milk, fresh eggs, bread, tea and coffee will also be provided.
Guests are welcome to use our tennis court. There are plenty of beautiful footpaths that surround our home for you to explore.
