Experience the feel of being in a private condo-village while in the city. A very homey and cozy place to stay whether you are travelling for leisure or just needing a space to crash in. The place is located at the heart of the metropolis in close proximity with business and commercial centers. You could also easily get access to public transport.
My place is a 2 bedroom unit with a square area of 30 sqm. It is like being home while renting a place for you to relax or spend the weekend for staycation. You can use the refrigerator, induction cooker, rice cooker and the kitchen utensils (plates, spoon, fork, knife and glasses. The place is 15-20 minutes away from Ortigas Center, Eastwood, Robinson's Galleria and MRT Ortigas.

Interaction with guests
I use the other room with my brother but we work during the day on weekdays. We will share the common areas like living room, kitchen and bathroom. You can ask me any questions or I can tour you around if I am free.
Other things to note
If you like playing sports, I can let you use my basketball (old but still good for playing). There is a 7-11 and supermarket in front of the village and BDO/BPI ATMs are walking distance.
- Shoes should be removed while inside
- Smoking should be in the hallway only
- Quiet hours from 9 PM onwards
I am fond of preoccupying myself with a lot of things such as dancing, sports and travelling. I have traveled to to several provinces in the Philippines but I highly recommend El Nido Palawan and Sagada, Mountain Province. I can pretty much help when it comes to planning travel itineraries. As of the moment, I am trying to visit SE Asian countries. So far, I have been to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam several times. I am very optimistic and believe that we should live our lives without hesitations.
