At the end of a quiet country road you will find our beautiful small working farm surrounded by woods and horse pastures. A private entrance studio awaits your visit in a brand new living space, designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. The studio is ideal for singles or couples, though we can provide an extra floor mattress needed. Located just 2 miles of i64 and 8 miles East of Charlottesville. Your privacy is our priority, yet we are available at any time. No hidden cleaning fee!
Modern amenities in our cozy studio include granite kitchenette countertop, microwave, refrigerator, farm style sink, dishes, utensils, king size and super comfortable Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, flat screen TV with Netflix access, free WIFI, ceiling fan, unique bathroom with wine barrel vanity sink and large shower.

Interaction with guests
Our guests privacy is our priority, though we are available if needed at any time during your stay. Just call or text the number provided on the studio welcome note. As a local resident for over twenty years, we are happy to answer any questions on local attractions and services you desire.
Other things to note
We have single outdoor driveway security camera in place for the benefit of all our farm occupants, both two and four legged varieties. There are NO additional cameras in place in or around the studio, and we fully respect the privacy of our guests and their property.
- Please do not feed any animals residing on the farm.
- Please keep children under close and direct supervision at all times while on the property and around the animals.
- Guests are not permitted in any fenced in area (i.e., board fence horse pastures, front picket fenced area, and goat paddocks).
