The apartment is located 30 min by bus/tram from the city center, by taxi 15min. Apartment with all you need for weekend or even longer break.

The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable for up to four people staying.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, cooking range, microwave oven, water kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and plenty of other cooking utensils. You are welcome to use it to it`s fullest potential (breakfast, lunch, dinner). There're also washing machine, iron, hairdryer, cable TV and WiFi.

It is an Airbnb requirement that you READ and AGREE to the Host House Rules prior to a confirmed booking! As a host partner with Airbnb, I follow all policies, procedures and standards. And I expect our guests to do the same.
All of the Apartment Rules below MUST be read all the way through to the end. It will not be in your best interest to skim thru my rules, therefore please do not do so. Thank you.
First and Foremost, this is MY apartment. And I thank you for choosing my apartment. Every wonderful guest has left feeling like it was "their home from home" as stated in all of our many positive 5 Star reviews.
(1)_ Please contact with your check in/check out times, I'm flexible. No spontaneous walk-in check ins! Guest is responsible for providing correct arrival/leaving details and ensuring that this information is received by the host. This is important for the fast and smooth check in process and other bookings.
(2)_ After the booking, Guest is responsible for providing correct details which beds will be used during his stay in the apartment and ensure that this info is received by the host.
(3)_ Only the number of guests booked are permitted to stay overnight at the property [Outside visitors are NOT allowed].
(3.1)_ If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund and extra guest charges will apply for nights spent in the apartment.
(3.2)_ All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count. This listing is not suitable for infants (under 2 years). If you do reserve with an infant, you will be required to cancel your reservation and you will only be refunded as per the cancellation policy.
(3.3)_ Please inform me if you plan to have daytime visitors in the apartment.
(4)_ No DRUGS / no SMOKERS [including E-cigs, etc.] / no PETS.
(4.1)_ There will be a fine of 400 EUR if guests have violated the no SMOKING/ no DRUGS/ no PETS rule.
(5)_ NO SHOES in the rooms (Please take your outdoor shoes off when you entering in the apartment). [I offer the use of indoor slippers].
(6)_ Use WATER and ELECTRICITY responsibly in an environmentally-friendly way.
(7)_ Guest gets a set of KEYS for their stay. Lost/not returned: Replacement charges 100 EUR [!entrance key expensive, limited # copies!].
(8)_ EATING is allowed only in kitchen [Please do not eat in bed].
(8.1)_ There will be a fine of 90 EUR if guests have violated rule to not eat in the bed.
(9)_ Leave the apartment tidy with the dishes clean and put away. It should be left the way you found it. 20 EUR additional cleaning fee will be charged if dirty dishes is found after guest check-out.
(10)_ Night time according to law is from 23.00-08.00 [The deposit may be charged by Airbnb if Police come to the apartment for whatever complaint].
(11)_ Leave the apartment in the condition you found it in. 35+ EUR additional cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is found messy after guest check-out.
(12)_ The Airbnb cleaning Fee includes - changing the sheets, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, and doing the sheets/towels laundry [After every guest I change the bed sheets and towels to freshly washed].
(13)_ Extra cleaning/towel change in not included in the price and available as additional service only. Price should be confirmed in advance, cleaning should be scheduled/requested at least 36 hours in advance.
(14)_ It is forbidden to throw bath towels on the floor and/or to use it to wipe floor or other dirty items. You will be charged for new towels.
(15)_ To prevent damage to bedding, please do not do laundry that belongs to the apartment.
(16)_ Responsible internet/cable/TV use only, no illegal or illicit content.
(17)_ Any damage of the items will request the deposit charge according to the bill from the maintenance company.
(18)_ Any loss/costs will be charged from security deposit or will be paid through Airbnb request.
(19)_ If your reservation is longer than one week, please be aware that I keep the right to visit apartment every second or third week to check if it is in order.
(20)_ If something doesn't work well or something went wrong, please communicate with me timely, so that we find a solution together.
(21)_ Guest personally assumes all risks of property loss or damage, as well as physical injury or death that may exist in connection with use of the property and agrees to reimburse Host for damage / losses / theft they or a 3rd party (accompanying guest) incur related to a claim of damage, accident or injury during the use or occupancy of the property. [Guest assumes responsibility to protect personal Guest belongings or valuables by always keeping Apartment door locked against unauthorized entry!].
Upon booking Guest automatically agrees to the need to arrange their own travel insurance coverage for PERSONAL LIABILITY and HEALTH INSURANCE.
(22)_ Last but not least, and the most important rule ever, please remember that EVERY AirBnB host has rules. Some more, some less. Every one of our guests has had no issue following these easy standard of rules which made for a great time for everyone. Because as clearly stated above, this is my apartment. While we do understand you are a paying guest, you are still a guest nonetheless.
(23)_ After the booking, Guest will receive the e-mail with the apartment manual. Guest responsibility is to READ and AGREE to the Host Apartment manual.
(24)_ Let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable!
