We want you and your family to enjoy our two ensuite master bedrooms, remodeled, air-conditioned, top floor view 750 sq. ft. condo. Across the street- Charley Young Beach & Kamaole Beach. Dining, bars, shopping, surfing lessons, shave ice! All within walking distance!

**Update: The Maui Coast Hotel is building a new addition to their hotel and they are scheduled to be completed at the end of 2023. This building site is viewable off of our lanai/patio along with our beautiful ocean views…

The space
During whale season, which is November through March, watch the whales from the lanai (patio)...Stand at the entrance to Pacific Shores and walk across the street to Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach I...Walk left or right to fine dining, casual dining, bars with or without music, shopping, surfing lessons, beach 'stuff' rentals, ice cream and shave ice! All within walking distance...

The kitchen is open for entertaining...The solid Brazilian granite counters are highlighted on the spacious kitchen island...The Teak wood island counter stools are comfortable for visiting while your friends and/or family cook and/or bar-tend...The new appliances are surrounded by stainless steel back splash and plenty of cabinets...Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, blend your favorite drink, or just enjoy your favorite morning coffee blend...

The tropically decorative, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms are furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind...Both have large flat screen televisions with DVD players...Both have quiet multi-speed ceiling fans and plenty of closet room for your clothing and shoes...

Both full bathrooms are themselves unique to satisfy everyone in your party... One has a walk-in shower with a large rainfall shower head coming straight from the ceiling, an adjustable handheld shower fixture, and an adjustable wall mounted mirror...The other bathroom has a deep bathtub, a fully glass enclosed shower with an adjustable handheld shower fixture, and pleasant lighting...

Another option, other than dining at the kitchen counter or out on the lanai (patio), is to enjoy your meal at the dining area table...The solid hardwood pedestal dining table seats five comfortably...

View the Pacific Ocean from virtually every spot in the living room area...If not glancing directly at this blue beautiful body of water, you'll get great views from the fully mirrored living area wall...Watch your favorite shows from the large flat screen television with enhanced sound...The furnishings and decor, including the foam top queen sleeper sofa, offer you a tasteful tropical experience...The lighting is pleasant and soft...

Noho Hau'oli (Life is good) when you're enjoying a pineapple and papaya laced breakfast dish, and a cup of freshly brewed Kona Coffee, from the covered lanai of your top floor condo! Take a breath and enjoy the view...

Pacific Shores is a secure well managed, relatively small, condo complex with a large swimming pool area...The tropical tiled pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables for your comfort and convenience...Situated near the pool is a clear warm water spa, clean restrooms, four gas BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion...
