The kitchen has pots, dishware, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave, & countertop burner. You have cable & high speed (50mbps) internet. It's walking distance to a gym, park, restaurants, pubs. You have access to nightlife activities, but you are away from the noise. The Unit is private, quiet, safe and secure.
This Unit is unique due to large size and its proximity to the famous "Walking Street" in Angeles, Philippines. It has two levels with the bedrooms located upstairs and the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are located on the lower level. This Unit is much larger and gives your much more than other Units in the same price range.
This Unit comes with an American style bathroom with a brand new shower head and push button toilet. It ALSO includes a separate Filipino style bathroom. No more waiting for the bathroom if you invite guests.
*Free weekly maid service is offered to those guests who stay for over 7 days.
However, we also offer daily maid service at a nominal cost.
The apartment has a private entrance. Guests have their own personalize digital code and can enter and leave the Unit as they please 24 hours a day.

Other things to note
The location is simply hard to beat. The Unit is located in proximity to the famous "Walking Street," the center of Angeles' nightlife. You don't have to worry about taking a jeepney or trike from other Units on Airbnb which are located in Friendship or Perimeter (which are both further away from Walking Street).
There are laundromats, a money exchange facility, Massage Spas, stores, and restaurants just a stone's throw away from the Unit. However, the Unit itself is located on a quiet street so you do not hear all the noise from the restaurants, bars, or traffic.
It is also walking distance to the local gym as well as to the only public park close to Walking Street where you can exercise, walk, jog, or simply enjoy the scenery.
We believe in conserving energy. Lights, air-conditioning, televisions must be turned off when not in use.
Long term guests (guests staying 30 days or more) are offered monthly discounts. However, long term guests are responsible for the electric and water bill. The gas, trash, water dispenser bill, etc. are still included in the listing price and remain the Host’s responsibility.
Because we want to be considerate to our neighbors, parties are not allowed in the Unit without the permission of the Host. Quiet time after 10:30pm.
We provide you with clean white towels and linen. Guests are responsible for replacing stained, discolored, or damaged towels and linen.
Due to health reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the Unit. Instead, you can use the two outside patios which both have ash trays for you to use.
By booking my listing, you agree that you have read and agreed to all the House Rules. You understand that if you fail to follow the House Rules, you will lose your deposit.
