Walk to dine in the commercial area of Shell Residences or walk a little more to be in Mall of Asia where you can find movie house, ice skating rink, bowling place and numerous clothes and restaurants with the international variety. Close to City of Dreams, Solaire and Okada Casinos.
I believe luxury and comfort doesn't have to come to with a price tag. I love to save but wants the best for myself! I get a good night sleep knowing I not only sleep in a nice room but more so I want them really clean and comfy. Equipped with Flat Screen Cable TV and unlimited WIFI access for pleasure and business travelers. I am a traveller and these are what I look for when I stay in a hotel or an airbnb place. Multiple Resort Type Swimming Pools with Cabanas and Gazebos to lounge.
Guests can use the swimming pool for a minimal fee. Php 150 per person/day for weekday days & Php 300 weekends and holidays. Please prepare cash and pay at the admin.
Gym facilities is for the exclusive use of unit owners and tenants only. It is off limits to guests. There's a big Fitness First gym and Anytime Fitness (open 24 hours) in Mall of Asia & Gold's Gym in Blue Bay Walk. They're a short walk from my place.
No free parking slot is available for guests.
Parking Fee: Php 30 first 2 hours, succeeding is Php 20php/hr. Overnight parking: Php 300 from 1:30AM-6AM

You have complete privacy of the space for the duration of your stay. I have helpers that help me maintain my unit. making sure everything is in place before I accept a new guest. I have provided the following : Microwave,Dinner ware for 4, 4 Pcs. of Drinking Glass, Microwave, Peculator, Dish washing soap and form ,4 White bath towels, 4 pieces of Wash Cloth, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Dish washing soap and foam, kitchen.
Self Check in from 3pm onwards and Self check out by 12 noon. My staff will be there to clean the unit as soon as you check out, checking the unit for any possible breakage and damage to the items inside. Items damaged will be charged to your deposit fee or will be reported to AIRBNB if beyond the deposit amount.
If you need any assistance or find something is wrong in the unit within 24 hours of your stay please do notify us immediately and give us 24 hours to assist you of your needs.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to email us at least two days prior to booking date, a scanned copy of Valid ID (i.e. Passport/Driver's License) of every staying guest as this is a mandatory requirement of the Building Admin and Security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in.
Strictly no cooking allowed. Microwave is available for your use. Food from outside is allowed. Please avoid eating on the bed as we do not want to attract any pests. Table mat and table is provided where you can eat. Spoiled linens, towels that cannot be washed under normal conditions will be treated as damaged. Strictly no smoking in the unit and in the balcony. Smoking once noticed will be charged a penalty of 3,000.00.

- No shoes on the bed and chairs please. I have added a mat for your shoes if you may
