The space
A luxurious 5‑bedroom villa on exclusive Agios Lazaros Mykonos for up to 10 guests.
Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces frame the sea from every angle and flow seamlessly to expansive terraces, a large pool and a Hot-tub Jacuzzi (34 Celcius) add to the charm along a spacious shaded poolside cabana with dining lounge, BBQ and full kitchen
Agios Lazaros is located on the south of Mykonos, 3,5km from Mykonos town and between the bays of Ornos and the legendary beach of Psarou. The famous Nammos Beach Club is only 2.5 kms from the villa, Scorpio-Soho Club and Paraga beach 5 kms away and the airport is 4 kms away.
The Villa
You will have the exclusive use of the villa and all its facilities
The Main House and an adjacent Guest House (total 350sq.m) are set in a lush garden of 4.000sq.m, abundant with species of luscious flora such as oleander, althaea, baby sun rose, and giant cacti to name a few. A very old water well adds a drop of quaintness to the garden as it sits a-top the vast horizon of the sea.
You will find seating areas for intimacy and privacy in our spectacular exterior area, where most guests spend the days swimming, chilling, and indulging in the ultra good vibrations and tranquility.
The Main House features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry room, and a WC.
Also, on the top floor of the Main House, with incredible views from its two verandas, is the spacious Master Suite. Within, there is a a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The second Master Suite of the Main House is located on the ground floor. It also has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a veranda leading to the pool area.
Adjacent to the main house is the Guest House with 3 bedrooms. Each has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the surrounding verandas, garden and pool area.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size bed, with the third bedroom having two single beds opposite one another.
For additional persons we can arrange for a baby-cot or folding bed in any of the two Master Bedrooms of Main House or one inside the bedroom with the two single beds
(The standard rate is for 10 persons. Every additional person is charged 150 Euro per night)
All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, hairdryer, bath robes as well as quality amenities such as soaps, body and hair shampoo, and hair conditioner.
Mattresses are new and made by SEALY® model Florida.
Between the Main House and the Guest House is the pergola-covered dining area with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Naxos, Paros and of course the sacred island of Delos.
The spacious Cabana by the pool - with its unmatched view - integrates a large dinning area, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, gas plates, electric oven, large fridge and a deep freezer. The Cabana and pool area will become your favourite spot to gather. The piece de resistance of The Cabana is its sound system and open space for dancing under the Mykonian night sky, with the twinkling lights of the surrounding islands
Hot-Tub Jacuzzi for 12+ persons is always kept heated at 31-34 degrees Celsius

Other things to note
Reliable STARLINK Internet. Fast wifi at 196 Mbps with 12 access points, all connected with wires, that provide for a steady and strong signal everywhere inside and all around the Villa.
A powerful generator that automatically starts in case of power failure (unfortunately not unusual to happen on the Island) that can fully sustain all the needs of energy that the villa might require including water supply.
This is invaluable also for venues.
Extra privacy and security is provided by our remote controlled entrance gate that leads to the shaded parking for 3 cars and many more under the sky. There is also a surveillance system of cameras (not in guest areas) and a night security patrol team from 10:00pm to 07:00am (not around guest area)
The villa is equipped with 2 sound systems, one Marshall® in the sitting room and one for the outdoor needs by the pool and the BBQ/Lounge Cabana. This sound system can also be wirelessly accessed and handled via WIFI by any smart device.
Apart of the Courtyard Cinema Projection, there is also a 32 inch TV in the sitting room, also with Satellite Channels including, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, AppleTV and YouTube Premium
