Self-catering apartment situated in the centre of Venice, a few steps from Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio, one of the most typically Venetian areas, quiet but central, which makes all the great attractions of the city easily accessible by walking (Rialto bridge and San Polo district are just a short walk away). The area is populated with amenities including Museums (Natural History Museum, Fondazione Prada at Ca’ Corner della Regina) and an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.

The space
The apartment has high beamed ceilings and a direct view on Calle Larga Rosa and its cheerful comings and goings. It is located on the first floor of an ancient building very close to the Grand Canal and consists of entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It benefits from lots of natural light from the living room windows which look out onto the Calle and where you can watch the world go by.
Our accommodation offers a clean, homely and comfortable living space: it is furnished in a modern style and has all the comforts that can make you feel at home after a busy day visiting the city: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen utensils, oven and microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hairdryer. Towels and sheets are included.
Centrally located, it is easy to reach from the railway station and from Riva de Biasio and S.Stae vaporetto stops (the latter is the stop for the Alilaguna boats that connect the historic centre of Venice to Marco Polo airport).

Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio is a lively outdoor living room where Venetian families love to meet and children fill it every afternoon in all seasons to play together. Popular and very enjoyable festivals take place in the Campo, among them the tango evenings held in July are a real pleasure to attend.
