Set in acres of semi wild garden and woods, this caravan may be Old School on the outside, but on the inside is something altogether different.
With patience you can expect to see deer, barn owl, woodpecker, a variety of bird of prey and song bird and, I am told, badger have been heard near the caravan.

The space

The interior has recently been refurbished to include underfloor heating, wood burner, kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob and fan oven.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, hanging rail and shelving, incorporating a dressing table.
The sofa bed in the sitting room area is a standard double, and the second bedroom is small with a toddler bed 160cm long.
A travel cot can be supplied if needed.
I would consider this place suitable for toddlers and babies. There is a raised deck outside with four steps leading up to it but balustrading has been installed with stair gates to prevent little children tumbling off!

For anything else required, just ask!

Keith's place is a caravan with a real wow factor- comfy, well furnished and private in lots of fairly wild land. Everything was great, easy communication with Keith, good directions to find his place (tricky so bring a map!), well equipped kitchen with brekkie stuff left out, decent beds etc, plenty of heating and even wifi. An easy drive to Cromer and Sheringham, a bit further to the wilder parts of N. Norfolk Coast but still an economical option for those with a car wanting to explore - the coastal hopper bus is fab for walkers.

A great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Keith is a great host and the caravan and grounds are lovely.

Perfect cosy and very well equipped kitchen. Kieth was so kind and provides really nice stuff to eat and drink.

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's gem of a caravan. The accommodation was cosy and suited us very well for a quiet weekend getaway. Particular highlights included the easy walking into Cromer and Sheringham along old footpaths, the excellent sourdough and provisions we found in the kitchen, and the beautiful starry night sky.

Pretty faultless. For the type and price point of the accommodation I don't think you'll find better. The immediate environment is lovely as is the surrounding area. The property itself is marvellous and really is a cut above any caravan you're likely to stay in (in fact to bracket it with caravans feels a little unfair). It is well placed too with Cromer a simple 10 min drive away. There were plenty of human touches too with a few essentials provided which were very much appreciated. When next in the area I won't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the tail end of summer. The cosy accomodation was great and our 3 and 1 year old loved the trampoline and hammocks. Keith was a great host and we really appreciated the suggestions of places to visit and the 'welcome pack' (bread, milk, eggs, wine) on arrival. Would happily stay here again should we revisit this part of the UK.

This is a wonderful place to get away from it all and not be disturbed by the world! The seaside and the delights of the broads are a short drive away making it ideal to enjoy this beautiful part of our fine country. When you return on an evening you can sit out and enjoy a glass of wine staring into the country side. As night draws in the stars come out making for another beautiful site. As you can guess we liked it and will be back at some point!
