Historic Oakhurst neighborhood. Charming, spacious 2 bed, 1 bath, 1 car garage home. FULLY FURNISHED including: internet, cable, maid service twice a month for extended stay, lawn maintenance and all utilities. Beautiful terraced backyard with original stone walls, flagstone patio and fire pit. Plenty of room for living and entertaining. Completely renovated fresh hardwood floors. Minutes to downtown and museum district, I-35 and the Historic Stockyards. Small dog friendly.

The space

My house was built around 1939. Since it was built, two rooms have been added to the original house, making it roomier and more comfortable. There are 3 t.v.'s in the house, along with a desk on the sun porch for working. The house is quiet and noise does not carry from room to room. The backyard hosts a fire pit on a patio big enough for small groups.

Guest access

Please enjoy all the amenities of the house. The kitchen is furnished with all the cooking utensils needed to enjoy your stay. If there is anything lacking, please contact Patricia.

Interaction with guests

Please contact Patricia if there are any concerns or needs. She will be there to help direct you to locations you might want to visit. There is a visitor's guide on the front table that will give you a lot of information about the house and the area in general.

Adorable home with all you could need walking in the door! Patricia was so sweet and helpful anytime we contacted her. We were in between houses and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The neighborhood is adorable--great for walking or running! We enjoyed our time there!
