A nice secluded location. Great for a couple wanting to retreat for a few days. For 3 the house is just at the border of being to small. But the chicken, horses, Mila (the dog) and the hospitality of Stephanie and Jacque are worth the stay. Leo (our 4 year old son) enjoyed every morning feeding the chickens directly at the door, feeding the horses with grass and not to forget the petting three donkeys in the neighborhood.

Beautiful tiny house in rural countryside. Close to good transport links, ecological, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and a wonderful nights sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the eco-gite. Stephanie was helpful, friendly, kind and has really invested in a meaningful home. The information provided about he surroundigareas was a really lovely touch, espe silly. This place is very equine-friendly and I will be recommending it to all of my equestrian friends!

Stephanie and Claude were very welcoming and kind. Fantastic hosts who were incredibly generous and really went the extra mile. We loved the cabin for many reasons. Firstly it is stylishly designed and decorated. It is also perfectly kitted out with pretty much everything you might need for a mini break from kitchen utensils to leaflets for local attractions. Also as advertised everything is truly ecologically sensitive. From the building materials to the hot water, and energy supplier. Location wise the setting is beautiful - very mellow and relaxed. If you like nature it is perfect as you are also on the edge of a beautiful forest and close to the river. An unexpected highlight were the 3 chickens and cockerel: charming and amusing, they potter around doing their own thing. Overall an idyllic stay - ten out of ten. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Stéphanie and Claude's tiny house. The pictures don't even make it justice. Great surroundings. Instead of living in Rouen or even Paris we were looking for a more quiet place when the day ends; this was ideal for that. Check-in no problem - a seperate gate entrance for our car on a green area just beside the house. Our hosts gave us a little introduction at arrival and there was a book with info on thehouse and house rules etc. Wifi incl. The kitchen has everything you need for daily use - and if needed: toaster, kettle, pots and pans. Refrigerator with eggs, jam, juice plus freezer if needed. Brioche incl. Bathroom very good, easy use. Bedroom very good, nicely decorated. Whenever we had leftover bread, fruit/vegetables the chickens were generously spoiled. 30-40min. by car to Rouen; we took the the intercités train to Paris-St-Lazare - which is a 75min ride. Claude and Stéphanie came to say goodbye the night before our departure, we even got a little variety of homegrown vegetables. A big recommendation from me and my brother! Stéphanie and Claude - it was a pleasure spending three days in your amazing little house. Merci.
