Located in the center of Tel Aviv.
15 minutes walking distance to the beach. It should be noted that this is a separate unit that includes a kitchenette, toilet and shower and an outside seprated entrance. It is not a very spacious room. It is small but it is an independent unit that contains everything- a kitchenette, shower and toilet.

The space
A small room with everything you need in a very central location, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the beach, close to a 24/7 supermarket, close to the main Ibn Gvirol Street and Dizengoff street , which includes lots of cafes and restaurants. Check in is usually BETWEEN 1 PM to 2 PM. It is important to comunicate about- check in - at least one or two days prior to your arrival. If I'm not home or you're arriving after midnight then we will comunicate - putting a key in the mailbox.

I try to be flexible.
and i will do the best i can to help you . It is worth writing the landing time as stated on the flight ticket and departure time ... or if arriving to Tel Aviv from a city in Israel - you should comunicate - specify an estimated time of arrival. I usually welcome- the guests .. but sometimes when I can't- I give instructions and leave a key to the guests. I ask every guest that the order is confirmed to read all the information and to take the relevant information. And look at all the pictures I posted on the site .. Pictures that include a photo of the front of the building and the door of the room.
