Welcome!
Our cute, quiet, cozy cabin is a real Alaskan experience! Our secluded, private cabin is rustic but has electricity and running water in the full kitchen.
And, it has a recently added on bathroom (still under construction though!) with a shower and sink. No indoor toilet, after all, who needs it when surrounded by all of this majestic beauty? Just few steps out the back door is our one-of-a-kind Alaskan outhouse!

The space
Welcome!
Our cute, quiet, cozy cabin has just been listed May 2017, and we are proud to say it is a real Alaskan experience! Our secluded, private cabin is rustic but has electricity and running water in the full kitchen.
And, it has a recently added on bathroom (still under construction though!) with a shower and sink. No indoor toilet, after all, who needs it when surrounded by all of this majestic beauty?

So we invite you to take advantage of a unique opportunity to connect with nature as you take a few steps toward the secluded back of the property to use the real-deal, our Alaskan outhouse!

After a scenic 2-mile drive down historic Stampede Road, you'll already be falling in love with Denali. Our private drive has plenty of parking space. Stretch your legs while being surrounded by the birch, spruce, and aspen trees that surround this property.

We want you to feel right at home the moment you step inside and spread out comfortably in our newly-renovated, open floor plan that has windows framing the surrounding boreal forest. You can take advantage of our full kitchen with fridge/freezer, range/stove, microwave and crock-pot/slow-cooker. That’s just the start as we provide a variety of cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, coffee and teas and other necessities (foil, cleaning products, etc.). Anything we can think of to make things as convenient as possible for our guests.

Featuring an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed to relax in (semi-open to the downstairs) that looks over to the Northern border of Denali National Park. There is a full-size futon on the ground floor that provides additional sleeping space, and also a twin-size sleeping mat (ONLY recommended for the younger/spryer types).

Our rustic, no-frills cabin is definitely an Alaskan home. It has a set of steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom and a private, clean outhouse. No TV reception here in rural Alaska but we provided a Bluray player and a selection of movies to watch and Wi-Fi with Netflix along with some books and games too.

Our cabin is a great fit for adventurous couples, families with older children or small groups of budget-minded adults. Not for party-seekers, the mobility challenged or families with young children.

Our entire home is non-smoking, if you choose to smoke or vape we request you do so outside.

Our cabin has everything you’ll need as a base for your Denali vacation!

Guest access
With 6 million acres of wilderness, Denali National Park is virtually untouched by man. Come enjoy our wilderness!!!

Other things to note
No pet fee/deposit. We trust you to bring your pet responsibly!

Nightly rate is all you pay, no hidden fees or upcharges, and no cleaning fee!

We are a middle aged couple who love to travel! We live in Alaska and own a small cabin we also AirBNB so we understand the hosting side of it and try to respect your space like we would expect our guests to respect ours.
During your stay
Our family lives nearby on Stampede Rd and purchased this cabin in 2017 as our future retirement home; then renovated it and thought others might appreciate very private and affordable accommodation in our unique, popular area.
