Children must have adult supervision at all times and, also, are expected to treat our property with care.

Call or text me when leaving, so I can give instructions - and so we can secure the premises.
We reside on the premises and are frequently at home. We enjoy meeting new people, but will interact as little, or as much, as you need or wish. Since guests have their own private entrance, autonomy is possible. Contact me via cell phone during your stay; the number will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.
Our dog, Bo, and our cat, James, live primarily upstairs and outside, but they might visit with you when given the opportunity.
I enjoy outdoor activities, including gardening, landscape design, walking and bicycling, as well as visiting new places, meeting new people, and eating new foods. When not gardening, you'll find me reading on a wide range of topics, including history and real life adventures; or perhaps experimenting with a new dish using local garden fare.
My husband and I enjoy hosting family and friends on our twenty-two acre farm. We believe you will enjoy your visit at either of our locations (Serendipity Farm or Wagner Road House) and we welcome you. Please contact me if you have questions.
