This villa is a gated property with entrance gained from the tiled ground floor terrace. On entry it is surprising how large the villa is. Spanning two floors it has well proportioned rooms and quiet resting areas - ideal for the whole family or a group of couples.
The ground floor comprises a large living space with feature fireplace and surrounding corner sofa (with double sofa bed), a great area to chill out after breakfast in the open planned adjoined dining area with six seated dining table. There is a full entertainment package including WIFI, TV and Digi box storing international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises cooker with induction hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a handy downstairs bathroom with shower enclosure.
Upstairs there is a corridor leading to the tastefully decorated main large bathroom, second bedroom and seated resting area, great for quiet reading.
There are two large double bedrooms with the master bedroom having built in wardrobes, both cleanly furnished and spacious.
There is also a large terrace off the master bedroom which spans the length of the property, easily accommodating the full occupancy with ease. It makes a great private lounging area with scenic views of the surrounding foliage.
This property comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

This is also the owners vacation home, so please look after it like you would your own :) Please remove any rubbish before you leave & make sure to close doors & shutters when you are away from the property. Kindly keep noise to a minimum, as this is shared condominium.
Loss of Keys or access cards
Property keys or access cards given to guest(s) upon arrival, will remain the guest(s) responsibility during their stay. Any guest(s) who loses or damages their room key or access card should report it immediately to their meet and greet so they can arrange a replacement. This will incur a penalty charge of 40 Euros, which should be paid to the meet and greet before a replacement is issued. The same applies should guest(s) damage any door or window to the property, should they try to gain alternative access or leave the key in the property and lock themselves out. An additional penalty charge will be issued on assessment of any damage caused.
As this property holds a rental license, we are by law required to collect passport details for each guests to the Portuguese Border Control (SEF), just like if you were staying in a hotel. We need this at least 1 week before your stay by scanned copies or as a message.
