The house was very accommodating for our group of 8. The bedrooms were spacious, the room with the picnic tables was great for meals together, and the kitchen was fully equip with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and the A/C was an added bonus. It was in the 80's so having that was a bonus! We really enjoyed having fires in the yard and there was plenty of space to park our trucks, tailors and ATV's. Very close to trails, could ride our ATV's right to the trail system. The hosts were wonderful - very responsive and extremely helpful and accommodating. The only downfall is that there are a lot of stray dogs from the neighborhood that come up to you, so if you aren't a dog person you may not like it, something we are not used to coming from a city. A male dog also used the bathroom on our belongings so we were not real thrilled about that. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The hosts I never met in person but there really wasn't any reason to they had great communication answered every question we had. The house was very nice lots of beds and room central a.c. big back yard where we were allowed to burn a truckload of wood the neighbors were easy to get along with some very helpful with questions we had of the area. All around great place in a nice location!

James and Brandy were GREAT hosts and we had an awesome time during our stay there. The house was clean, comfortable, and simply a fantastic place to come back to after a hard day on the trails. Trail 54 across the street ended up being closed during our stay but we still had access to Buffalo Mountain and Devil Anse within riding distance from the house. There is a trail head in the town of Matewan and we chose to just trailer our bikes there. The two trail systems were a lot of fun and we rode all the way to the town of Delbarton. The residents there were very welcoming and made our visit a memorable one. Overall this was simply a fantastic trip and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

Perfect for the ATV vacation with plenty of space for trailers and more than enough beds! We are definitely going back soon. Hatfield McCoy trails are great. I would recommend this place for a large group.
