Excellent host and cozy home! Nice place to live in if you are departing or arriving at Haneda Airport. It's very near to Omorikaigan Station.

The flat is spacious (we were 3 people) and ideally located between Tokyo Shinagawa and Haneda airport. Perfect to get to know the city. Uncomplicated check-in and Aiko/Tomoko responded very quickly.

The place is close to the train station which is important if you plan to use Haneda airport. When we arrived the washing machine was full of dirty towels but other than that the place was as good as advertised.

This is my second stay here and my opinion has not changed. It's a good value for two bedrooms.

In general it was a really nice apartment, very close to a subway station. It was really spacious for a Japanese apartment. The only downside is that there were a little bit a noise at night since it's near a highway, but it's not too bad.

This is a good value if you want two bedrooms. The air conditioners' hot air exhaust blows onto the balcony so you can dry clothes okay even when it is not sunny. For serious cooks the kitchen's single hot plate might not cut it, but it's fine for whipping up a simple breakfast. The Keikyu line is close by as are two convenience stores and a department store with a supermarket.

We were able to check in earlier for an additional fee of $10, which was less than what it would have cost to use coin lockers for our luggages anyway. The whole bathroom was wet when we arrived, but after that, we had an awesome stay! The apartment is really spacious and each bedroom has its air conditioner. The kitchen is great too. You hear the cars in the street a lot and there is a fire department right on the other side of the bridge, so you can hear sirens once in a while, but you can sleep very well with just a couple of earplugs. The host was great!
