It is like doing online shoppings for other services and products where it is very important to read the products' and services' details before buying as the reviews are not written to contain products' / services'. This is because the products'/services' details are written by the sellers while the reviews are written by the earlier customers. The earlier customers have no obligation to write the details of the products and services, so if you only read what the earlier customers write without reading the description of the products'and services' details before buying online, it will of course produce dissapointments. And if you actually only read the reviews but not the products' and services' details and get dissapointments, you should not blame the sellers but blame the earlier customers for their writing. Dear my future guests, please do not repeat Shelly's mistakes by reading only the reviews as no guest is obliged to write the specifications of my accomodation. I am also thankful to you that you bring up the Hannah's review here. dear readers, If you trace the accomodations where Hannah had been staying and the accomodations where Shelly had been staying before both of them stayed in my accomodation, you will see that their previous accomodations are the accomodations that are not in the capital cities (eg Berlin, Paris etc). Those accomodations are the accomodations in small and big cities that they had been passing along their holiday journey. This means that the squaremeter price of those properties are much cheaper than the squaremeter price of the properties in the capital cities like Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam. They might have been passing other big cities, but still those big cities are not the capital cities, the comparisson here will be like the prices of the houses in The Hague and Rotterdam (other big cities in the Netherlands) compared to the prices of the houses in Amsterdam where I will be able to buy one or two more houses in The Hague and in Rotterdam using the money that I use to buy a house in Amsterdam. I understand that this is actually a common knowledge, but those who are not doing a property bussiness for living sometimes indeed forget to take this matter into consideration before booking a holiday accomodation online. So the price differences in properties in the different cities are the reasons why the renting prices in different cities are also different, which is actually a common sense. From my side, to avoid any dissapointments coming from those who are not aware for or forget to take into consideration this squaremeter pricing matter, I write so many things in detailed in my advertisement including the size of the space in many times even in the title and in the body of the advertisement and detailed information about the whole hosting situation. I hope my future guests will read my advertisement carefully and throughly before making the booking and not only reading the reviews, and then compare with what other accomodations offer. 1 very important matter that people may forget is to research whether the accomodations that they want to book are legal accomodations. There are tons of illegal accomodations which without your well acknowledgment may bring impacts during your stay produced by the illegalities they possess. There are many characteristics that you can use for the research before the booking, for example the accomodation is using a remote address and/or the accomodation or its address is not registed as a rental accommodation in the chamber of commerce in its country. For my accommodations, as you can see in my adverts, I write my address transparantly, so even before the booking everybody can see it, so nothing to hide, and if you check this address in the chamber of commerce in the Netherlands, it is registered as rental accomodations under the name of Raja Pandu Wijaya Mangala. So when you book my accomodations, you book legal accomodations where taxes are paid and legalities are possessed, and therefore the insurances can be arranged and settled. And do not forget to have a look into my accuracy level that I have received from other guests, which is a 5 stars accuracy level. This means that my writing and my photos are the mirrors of the reality. What Shelly writes about how the room looks like are just like what you can see in my photos. In my advertisement I also have explained about the reason why I put my rooms under the title of entire apartments instead of private rooms which is to summerize as they are not bed rooms inside my house. Instead, if you read my writing, and you will find it in the reality the same way too, they look like more hotel rooms self contained with an indoor bathroom in each of them just like in the hotels and are equipped with the fridge etc etc where all of them are connected by a walking path connecting the front door and the back door that are separated from my own house where I live just like in my writing. And I am also thankful that you bring up and defend your argumentation about the accuracy level of my listing to the Airbnb as now I have received a statement from Airbnb black on white declaring that my listings are fully accurate.
