Located behind us is the famed Temple bar district. Our apartment looks onto the pedestrian entrance to Dublin Castle in the medieval quarter of Dublin. Encompassing Temple Bar, City Hall, Christchurch, Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College and Guinness storehouse a short stroll away. Dublin's best is right at your doorstep!

My apartment is available to rent for a short city break for a few days relaxation away or a three, six or nine month rental. A beautiful one bedroom third floor apartment with lovely views to the prestigious Dame Street. Our location is Ideal after a long days sightseeing THE PROPERTY IS OVER 300 years old and my apartment has been fully refurbished. This building is listed and preserved therefore we are not permitted to add an elevator. ** PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS NO LIFT IN THIS BUILDING. YOU WILL NEED TO CLIMB 60 STEPS ON THE ORIGINAL NARROW STAIRCASE OF THE MAIN HOUSE.
** steps can be steep for elderly. But if the knees are good and your heart in ship shape the location and view on Dame Street is worth it!

This is an ideal base to relax & unwind after a long days sightseeing. Sit back and relax over breakfast with our fresh coffee beans and watch Dublin float by from our large windows in the dining room.
This apartment is located right in the centre of Dublin City. I love this area and I am sure that you will too. In fact it is one of the best locations to stay when visiting Dublin! Everywhere you would want to visit is just a short stroll away. This includes: Christchurch, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Temple Bar, Trinity College, St Stephens Green, Grafton Street & plenty more. The Guinness Storehouse is only a 15 minute walk away.
Our apartment is beside Dublin's best restaurants, bars, theaters, traditional Irish pubs, shops, shopping centers, galleries, buses, taxis, luas, train station etc.. The airport 747 bus passes the door and so convenient for arrivals and departures to the Airport.
Everything in our apartment is brand new and designed with guest comfort in mind. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all the mod-cons including touch button Hob, Fridge, Microwave, pots, pans, utensils & bean to cup coffee machine.
Our ensuite bedroom is a standard double size room and dressed with hotel linens and it is very quiet as it is situated at the back of the apartment. In the bedroom there is a very comfortable standard double bed with comfort mattress topper, clothes rail to hang your clothes & an en-suite with separate electric shower room. This apartment is ideal for two sharing, however
there is also the possibility of accommodating a third adult in the living room on our brand new sofa bed (can sleep 2 Children).
We provide all the essentials you need for a relaxing trip: coffee, tea, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, ironing board & washing up liquid. In short your home away from home!!

Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This consists of a very comfortable double bedroom, a very cosy sitting room with a three seater couch/sofa bed, plush carpets throughout. Bathroom/shower, kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, bean to cup coffee machine.
***PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO LIFT TO THIS APARTMENT. GUEST WILL HAVE THREE STORIES TO THIS 3rd FLOOR APARTMENT. STAIRS ARE NARROW AND STEEP. Not suitable for the elderly. Our building is listed and not permitted to add elevators so if you are young this is perfect but we regret we cannot be wheelchair accessible.***

Interaction with guests

Either Sadia or I will meet you on arrival at 2pm and give you a full tour of the property. Please note late arrivals after 5pm I can arrange an automated check-in service with no extra charges and I will arrange to greet you the following day by arrangement should you wish.

I will also provide you with a detailed House Manual which can be found in your apartment with my best tips suggesting the best places to eat, drink & visit around Dublin City. I am here to help should you require. No matter how big or small your request is, my aim is to ensure you see Dublin like a true Dubliner!

Note there are three routers in the building please select the strongest bar above info works for all three.

The cold tap provides safe drinking water for guests.
The hot tap provides warm water for washing/cleaning.
To increase or decrease temperature of hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks select desired temperature from automatic heaters under each sink unit.

Step 1. Turn on Samsung remote (remotes located in welcome box),
Step 2. Turn on 2nd Edison remote to activate satellite.
The small dome right under the TV is the Edison satelite and it should be showing green.
Step 3. On Samsung control select "source" HDMI1
Step 4. On satellite control select your Chanel's by using arrows, then select the small return button right in the centre of the arrows.

Step 1. Lift up flap to view filter.
Step 2. Fill filter with fresh coffee beans provided. (1 scoop = 1 cup)
Step 3. Fill water jug with desired amount of cold tap water & place it back.
Step 4. Ensure machine is plugged in and switch (on wall plug) shows red.
Step 5. Select on and that's it, you will hear the beans grind, then slowly the jug will fill with fresh bean to cup coffee.
Step 6. Clean filter straight away.

Step 1. Turn on red wall switch on right hand side of hob.
Step 2. Using touch buttons press "on" switch with your finger.
Step 3. Select which hob plate you wish to use.
Step 4. With -or + increase or decrease heat as required.
Step 5. Re-select "on" switch to turn off.
Step 6. Always turn off from the red wall switch when finished for safety.

Step 1. Turn on red switch on the outer wall (left side) of shower room.
Step 2. Then just turn the shower dial clockwise for showering.

The apartment is heated by electric heating in the winter. Each room has a radiator. Ensure wall switch is turned on. Select auto on white remote control in each room individually.

For fire and safety please ensure that all appliances are turned OFF when departing the apartment.

Please wash and dry all plates and cutlery.
Please turn off heaters and all electrics from the wall switches.
Turn off shower and taps.
Bins may be left for our cleaner once the bin is contained, for excess waste please text me the night before and I will drop by a pre paid key-waste refuse sack. This sack can only be put out after 6pm.
Please return keys back to key box and scramble code to lock.
The 747 bus stop to return to the Airport is bus stop number 2002 on Lord Edward Street. Just walk towards Christ Church from our apartment.

This apartment is FANTASTIC! You will be right on dame street within walking distance of all the great bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. We were easily able to walk everywhere including Guinness and Temple Bar. The apartment is in excellent condition and the bed is incredibly comfortable! Dee and Sadia were wonderful hosts and their communication with us was very helpful! They were available when needed and very kind. Next time we come to Dublin we will definitely be staying here again! One of the best we have stayed at.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Sadia & Dee were great hosts, with excellent communication and attention to detail. The location is perfect, both with respect to tourist area and transportation options. A great time was had in Dublin, and the convenience and quality of this apartment had a lot to do with my satisfaction!
