Living & Eating
There is an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that comes fully equipped with all the modern necessities, including electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a dining table.
The living area comes with large flat-screen TV and very comfortable sofas, plus a charming wooden coffee table. French windows look out on to the traditional formal garden, and there is, additionally, a private garden for you to enjoy, which comes with its own seating area.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor of the annexe. The bedroom comes with a large and comfortable double bed, which can also be configured as two single beds. Bedside tables, a dressing table, and wardrobe, and armchair complete the set-up.
The bathroom comes with toilet, sink, shower, and bath.
There is an extra room adjoining the annexe that in the future will be refurbished and made into a second bedroom. At this stage we are happy to let you use it free of charge on the basis that you accept its shortcomings. Please see the photos, but also bear in mind that some changes may have been made by the time of your stay.
Private parking is immediately next to the farmhouse annexe, to which you have your own private entrance separate from the main farmhouse.
The farmhouse annexe is entirely your own during your stay. The tennis court is available for your use except on Friday mornings and Saturday mornings. Please remember to bring your own rackets and balls.
There is also an open-sided barn with an open fire and comfortable, which is used by the owners but may be available during your stay. Please let us know when making a booking enquiry if you would like to use the barn.
Interaction with guests
We respect people's privacy, but if we can help you to get more from your stay, we will be very happy to help in any way we can.
Other things to note
