The house is very large, clean, and spacious especially for Japanese standards. The detached house includes one large room (sleeps 2) and one small room that one could sleep in and/or put luggage in. It is a convenient bus ride away from downtown Nagoya and Nagoya train station.
Ayako-san is the sweetest lady ever. She picked us up from the train station, and showed us around Nagoya on her car. Her breakfast was very delicious. She gave us detailed instructions and recommendations on how to get around Nagoya and what to do. Communication was effortless, since she is fluent in English.
Being there on a weekend, her son Hiro-san gave me a bike tour to Nagoya on one of his days off--one of the trip's highlights. On seeing that we had a lot of luggage, he was gracious enough to offer us a ride to the airport, asking only that we cover (barely) the gas and toll fees.
