Built as a hunting lodge c.1860 the house fronts the Mulcair River, is surrounded by farmlands and forest, and sits in the valley at the base of Keeper Hill, the highest peak in Tipperary. Approx 30 mins from Limerick city, 45 mins Shannon airport, 1.30 hrs Cliffs of Moher, 2 hrs Dublin. An ideal base for walking (the Slieve Felim Way passes by the front gate) with a number of loop walks accessible on foot. Starry skies and wide open vistas on offer. Own transport essential. Free parking.
