BRAND NEW 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM APARTMENT in Bondi Junction. Welcome to my beautiful home with huge outdoor courtyard with new BBQ, perfect to spent Sydneys warm days outdoors. The modern furnishing and luxury living space will invite you to relax and enjoy. The location is a real plus with public transport at door!! City, Beach and shopping all within easy reach and within bus/train/walking distance.

The space

103 square meters of luxury living space, comfortable Queen bed, high end finishes, 55 inch Samsung TV, Klipsch Sound System, Apple TV access (includes Netflix, Stan and Plex for watching movies), Wireless internet, reverse cycle air conditioning, great outdoor dining area with BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen and amenities.

The apartment also comes with a 2nd bedroom which is currently being used as a home office. If you'd like to use it as a bedroom, we have a blow up mattress you can use or you are welcome to put in a portable cot if you have a baby.

This is our home and we have put a lot of love and care into how it feels. We want you to feel at home when you come stay here. It is always spotless and clean, just like it would be with your own home!

Full access to apartment

Close to everything. 15 min bus ride to the beach, 15-20 min bus or train ride to CBD. (4 stops to Town hall/QVB via train). 5 min walk to one of the best Westfields in Australia.

Guest access

Guests get full access to the apartment and car park in the underground car park.

Interaction with guests

I will be on hand, via email or phone to help you with any questions you have during your stay.

Other things to note

Our building is a brand new development and the building team are still putting on the finishing touches in the outside common areas. There will be trades people around throughout the day.

There may also be some noise during the day while the building next door is under construction. If you're not going to be around during the day, it shouldn't be a problem.

- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, an $80 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a $120 fee will apply.

- There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING in our apartment

- ONLY Registered (paid) Guests are allowed at Any Given Time on the premises. Guests can NOT bring along or invite in their friends, relatives, or others without paying for and have them registered.

- Please note that we welcome babies and infants, however the property is not child-proofed, so it is your responsibility to make sure they are safe.

- The guest(s) undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the suit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Guests will be charged for any damages incurred to the property and agrees to pay Host for damages or loss for any of Host's property. Also they are responsible for all the others in their party.

- If you need to check in earlier than 3PM, stay later than 11am, drop off or hold bags, please discuss with us to see if we can accommodate the request.

My partner and I stayed here for the long weekend and it was exactly what we needed for a break away from the city. Only a 5 mins drive to the beach and to the mall - location was superb. It is a newly build complex (half completed), there was a bit of construction noises during the morning/afternoon. Other than that, the neighbourhood was peaceful. But one thing that topped it off, was how stylish and modern this accom is. I said to my partner that I've never been in a place that's so organised haha everything you need and more is provided. Definitely will be recommending to my friends! :) Thanks again Greg!

This is a very clean and modern apartment in an excellent position. I stayed with my mother and my 11month old daughter and Greg's place was perfect for our stay. Secure parking, easily accessible, very comfortable and lovely to come home to. I hope to return on future visits to Sydney.
