25m2 studio with mezzanine in top location (Place de la Crémaillère in Beausoleil on Monaco border) 2 min walk from Monaco Casino. 6th/last floor in an elderly secured building with elevator. Washer/dryer, reversible air conditioning/heater, internet, TV. Double bed 140x190cm on mezzanine + sofa bed 120x190cm available. Bathroom with shower. Cupboards. Balcony with nice city and partial sea view to Monaco. Supermarket across the street. Public parkings close. Self check-in Mon-Sat 14h-19h.

Other things to note
The mezzanine, where the double bed is located, does not have full height to the ceiling (low + steep attic ceiling: highest point 1,85m, lowest point 50cm). It is therefore not a living space and can only be used as a sleeping area. If you are tall, you might find it more comfortable sleeping on the sofa bed in the main room.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a combined microwave/oven/grill (no traditional oven). Nespresso machine. No dishwasher. Towels + bedlinen included. Cleaning provided on departure. Due to cleaning arrangements, late check-outs after 11h00 are not possible.
The building is located on the French side; the street in front of the building is Monaco. No parking in the building. Public parkings closeby available at extra cost (about 23€/24hours).
