LOCATION
The Nordic Pearl is located in the CITYLAND Tower on 16th floor. Within the tower complex is the Nativo cafe, a SE Asian restaurant, a hair salon, travel agency and 7-11 convenience store. Right across the main highway is a new McDonald's. Cityland is steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay, the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin), the brand new Filinvest FORA Mall where more restaurants are located.
ACCOMMODATION for BIG FAMILIES or GROUPS
The Nordic Pearl joins two other adjacent units of 25 square meters on the 16th floor. This trio is made up of the Nordic Gem, Nordic Pearl, and Nordic Jewel and can accommodate a total of up to 13 pax. Each unit represents a theme of its own, but all offer the same comforts and conveniences to our deserving guests
Security Deposit :
There is NO need to pay the security deposit of P5000 at check-in. The security deposit is a reserve if, in the unlikely event, damage is caused to the unit. In this case, we have the right to claim your security deposit from AirBnB..

Use of Swimming Pool Amenities:
Pool is open In compliance with health protocols in preventing covid virus, the following guidelines will be strictly implemented:
~ Open 7am, closed 10pm
~ maximum 30 persons at a certain time slot of 1.5 hours on a first come first served basis
~pool will be closed weekly for general cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays
~pool users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallway and elevator
~pool has no lifeguard, keep safe at all times
Pay parking is available on the ground and 3rd floors.
Cityland parking rate:
Weekday : P 50.00 24 Hrs ( multiple entry )
Weekday (Friday,Saturday,Sunday, and Holidays) P 50 (per entry )
From the viewing deck at the 24th floor of the building you can enjoy spectacular views of the Taal Volcano and the entire Tagaytay landscape.
Can we cook ?
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring.
.We do not allow cooking in the room. If you use the kitchen, please limit your cooking to reheating pre-cooked food ONLY and using the rice cooker.
HOW TO BOOK:
Only payments made thru Airbnb are accepted. On the Airbnb website there is a facility to process your DEBIT (ATM card) and CREDIT Cards. (Note: if you use your DEBIT card, choose the CREDIT Card option and the card will be processed in the same way as a credit card. )

The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want our guests to always enjoy the nice, clean and fresh smell of our units.
There are numerous fast foods vendors nearby where you can really enjoy great food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions. After all, you’re on vacation! Why cook?
