We stayed at Nick's for a weekend with our 7 months old baby. The place is in a super quiet location and it's lovely decorated. The surrounding garden is beautiful. There is everything one could wish for, they even left eggs, bread, jam and milk we weren't expecting! The kitchen is fully furnished and spotless. Lots of useful guides also, helpful to plan your day out.

A lovely cottage and garden in a beautiful setting. Nick was most welcoming, the cottage was well equipped and there was a generous welcome pack on arrival. The location was ideal for both the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains. A very enjoyable stay!

Nick's cottage annexe is comfortable and well-equipped, with great attention to detail - there are breakfast foods, tea and coffee and sofa blankets for chilly evenings. It's a beautiful spot with a lovely garden, in the hills but conveniently located close to Crickhowell.

I wish Jane and Nick were our neighbours but then we never would have gotten the chance to stay over in their lovely "Little House " and have experienced their hospitality and generosity ( and I'm not only referring to the strawberries and other treats ... ). I would recommend the house with its beautiful gardens to my children and that speaks for itself . Wales is a very special place but I wouldn't shout it from the rooftops because I hope it will remain as it is .

The annex is lovely, beautifully finished and perfect for a couple. Surrounded by Nick's glorious garden the location is so still and serene, it was a real balm to the soul. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen had everything we needed for a long weekend. Communication was great, we ended up having to arrive a day later than expected but it didn't cause an issue. Crickhowell is close by and there are many trails and tracks to wander. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Nick and Jane's lovely cottage is the perfect place to explore the Brecon Beacons area. Comfortable and very cosy, with a wonderful "welcome pack", a lovely garden and amazing beds. Much recommended as a headquarters to visit the surrondings. Would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay in this delightful little annexe. A particularly nice touch was the welcome basket of breakfast items. It is wonderfully quiet and ideally placed for walking along the canal and in the beautiful ccountryside.
