Very attractive modern new apartment in a fantastic location.
Walking distance to Parliament House, Commonwealth Park, Lake Burley Griffin, National Gallery, Kingston Foreshore, Restaurants & bars. 5km to City centre (CBD) and 6km from the Airport. The central location makes it perfect for tourists or business people alike.
After a long day of sightseeing you can come home to relax and unwind on the shiatsu massage chair or watch some TV on the 60" high definition LCD smart TV.
Or after indulging yourself in all the culinary delights Canberra has to offer you might want to burn some calories at the in-house Gym.
Wireless charging (for compatible mobile phones) and USB charging port also available in your room.
You will also get to enjoy free unlimited High speed WiFi Internet (NBN) during your stay.
With ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment you'll have no trouble keeping yourself cool during Canberra's hot summer days or warm during the winter time.
Having instant and continuous hot water means never worry about running out of hot water while in the shower, especially for some of us who enjoy taking long showers.
It's an extremely safe and quite neighborhood but for that extra bit of peace of mind feel safe knowing that the security entrance to the building has CCTV and requires swipe card access. Also the Australian Federal Police headquarters is just 2 buildings down.
You will have 24/7 access to the Gym, underground secure car park, washing machine/dryer, your own private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, full size oven and a private balcony which is accessible from your room.
For breakfast you will have a choice of two types of Uncle Tobys cereals, milk, eggs, toast and complimentary tea, coffee and Cadbury hot chocolate throughout the day for you to help yourself to.
Interaction with guests
I will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as I can. I'm contactable 24/7 on my mobile if you need any assistance.
Some guests might prefer to be left to their own devices so interaction is entirely at your discretion.
Other things to note
Currently there is some building work going on so weekday mornings you might hear some construction noise from outside. I apologise for it but please consider this when booking. Thank you.
We kindly ask that you treat the apartment as if it was your own home and turn off the aircon if you are going out and any appliances you use such as the electric kettle, toaster and iron from the plug point. Thanks.
I live in Canberra, near the southeast coast of Australia. Canberra is a wonderful place to live - surrounded by forests and mountain ranges, fresh clean air, lakes and parks aplenty.
I'm interested in a lot of things - too many to count. I particularly love travelling and have visited over ten countries in my time so far. Top of my wish list still to visit are the U.S., Iceland and Japan..
I consider myself an optimist and reckon it's important to look on the bright side wherever possible.
As a host, I always try to provide a space that's as clean as possible. For me, this is the sine qua non of hosting. I also endeavour to make my guest experience a comfortable and a most memorable stay.
