The apartment is located directly on the Bay of Quinte in Belleville, 1 km from the Bay Bridge. You'll be minutes away from the waterfront trail and Zwick's Island Park. You'll also be close to all amenities: restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation, bars and night time entertainment, including the new Shorelines Casino! There are numerous wineries to explore in the county…just over the Bay Bridge.

The space
You'll arrive to an immaculately clean and very spacious studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County. The apartment has a private entrance, completely private from the main house. The space is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The kitchen includes stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, plus granite countertops. You'll also be provided with pots/pans, utensils, glassware, mugs, coffee maker with coffee, kettle, tea, etc.

The living space has a queen size bed, a queen size pull-out couch, linens, pillows, unlimited WIFI internet, Bell satellite receiver with 55” HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth boom box, board games, cards, towels, shampoo/soap and blow dryer. The apartment has a private entrance. Please note that there are 18 stairs to climb to access the apartment which is above the 4-car garage.

**This is a PET- free living space! For some reason I can not seem to remove the description of " pets welcome". Sorry for any confusion but please do not bring your pets. Thank you!

**This is a smoke-free apartment. You will be provided with an outdoor space to smoke with ashtrays.

2 free parking spaces are dedicated to you.

CP train tracks are directly behind the house. Triple pane windows were installed to reduce track sounds. We have had zero complaints of track noise from previous guests.

I've been offering this private space in my home (above my large garage) for the last 4 years and it's been an amazing experience. I've had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful guests and I truly enjoy helping people have the best experience while visiting the Belleville area. I live on the Bay of Quinte approximately 1 km from the Bay Bridge which leads to Prince Edward County. Beautiful beaches and wineries are within 30 minutes from my home and there's so much to see and do!
The pictures attached here show that you'll have a large living space, including a queen bed and queen pull-out couch for additional guests. You'll have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
I always ensure complete privacy and you'll have a separate entrance to the apartment. I don't like to impose on people but I'm more than willing to help with suggestions on how to improve your stay....just ask!

We live in the main house but you'll have complete privacy. We'll usually be here to greet you and we'll be available anytime via phone or text to help with your stay.
