Due to a new Ordinance in town restricting parking, we have chosen to move the parsonage to a minimum 4 week rental with a liberal refund policy. Our house was built circa 1868 and has historic charm inside and out. It is in the historic district of Georgetown a 3 minute walk from downtown. The house is quite open and spacious and really comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6-8.

What a classic Victorian set in a gorgeous town with history and character. Jim and Michele were very accommodating and open allowing rental of their historic home. The house gave us space to spread out, and the town of Georgetown has at least 3 outstanding restaurants!

The house is historic as listed but we feel it lacked comfortable chairs to sit in and needed a better more secure front door. Otherwise, it had some great antiques for decoration and is right next to the shops downtown.

This quaint home, nestled right in the heart of historic Georgetown, is surrounded by mountains and serenity. It took us less than 15 minutes from the house to Loveland Ski Area and couldn't have been more convenient. Great place to stay!

Very nice and interesting place! A neat blend of antiques and modern conveniences. They have tons of family movies and some classic games which my kids enjoyed. Nice big dining table and roomy kitchen were good for pre-skiing meals! Thank you Jim and Michele!
