This condo is in the perfect position of the complex. Your parking spot is almost right out side the door , ground floor, pool access out front door, laundry room steps away, garden lanai,
King bed, memory foam mattress, bamboo sheets!

The space
Aloha! We know what we like when we stay in a resort area and we are sure you want the same things, to be comfortable and secure in clean surroundings. Our 1 bedroom /1 bath condo is great because of it's location, right in the heart of Kihei, close to awesome beaches, surfing areas, biking, golf as well as restaurants and great shopping of all kinds. Even a major grocery store in walking distance. Some guests don't even bother with a car, just walk everywhere in the Maui sunshine, or take the bus for longer journeys. The condo is furnished in tropical decor, with a king bed, comfy foam mattress, updated clean bathroom, new sectional couch, flat screen TV with cable, free long distance calling in the US, WiFi, DVD Player and a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Of course we have granite counter tops :)
Just out the front door is the large pool where you can swim with tiled turtles, FUN! The laundry room is very close, 4 washers and 4 dryers. Need a crib? We have one available. Also, air conditioning in the main part of the condo as well as the bedroom.

I am very proud of my Hawaiian Husband and hope it is OK with you that I used his dashing photo for my profile picture :) Much more exciting than me riding my bike for instance :). We have 4 condos all located in the same building, 2 one bedrooms and two 2 bedroom units. Sometimes we get large families booking all the condos so they will be close but have their space too. My husband is a carpenter when he is not in the ocean, and I am an global shopper looking for cool and unique things to bring back for my store Hawaii Gift and Craft located in The Dolphin Plaza, and to use for decor in the condos.
