This apartment is a true urban retreat, ideal for guests seeking silence, comfort, and close contact with nature—without giving up a prime location. It is set in a charming, character-filled building on a gated dead-end street with 24/7 security. The building is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and a natural rock formation, and features a beautiful garden with access to an outdoor shower.

The apartment is spacious, airy, and exceptionally quiet. Every room is surrounded by greenery on all sides, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
