My place is close to the hustle and bustle of a small fishing town named Quepos yet only 7 kilometers away and you will be home. When you wake up you will hear the birds singing and with coffee in hand you can take a morning stroll through the gardens as the condo is situated on a beautiful piece of property. If you have your bathing suit on take a morning dip in the pool. Make sure you take time to visit, as you are so close to Manuel Antonio and there are no words to describe!

The condo itself was nice, but we were very disappointed to learn that this Airbnb is not in Quepos. The Airbnb pin is not accurate. This Airbnb is 15 minutes outside of Quepos. I messaged the host to fix the pin but they ignored my request and didn’t address the issue. We were h…

Its a nice place to stay not to far from Manuel Antonio Park. The place has 2 bedrooms ( one master, with huge space ) and nice equipped kitchen and living room. Shower is an issue , water pressure is very poor and the hot water finishes quickly. The exterior is very nice, gard…

Thank you for taking the time to mention these issues. I apologize for the air conditioning not working upon your arrival. It is turned off when the guest leaves and not turned on till the next guest arrives and it takes a little time to cool down the condo. The water heater is brand new and just installed, so I'm concerned about that. It will be addressed to find out why it isn't functioning properly. Thank you for letting me know. Regarding the need for more attention to the condo, you are correct. There have been lots of guests and little down time to get in and do the maintenance. We have a couple of weeks blocked off just for that exact purpose. Again thank you for giving me your honest review, and thank you for staying. Frances

We stayed at Pueblo Real Resort at Isla Damas. It was far enough away from all the busier part of Manual Antonio and Quepos. We rented a car and it was perfect. It was very refreshing to find a place with a swimming pool, nice accommodation, room service and the staff was hel…

Not a bad place to spend relaxing time. Good: Nice pool, quiet property, nicely landscaped, nice decorating touches like granite counters, comfortable beds and couch, ice-cold A/C. Not so great: Some problems with hot water (that the owner is planning to resolve in early 2018), s…

We liked the stay in the resort. Everything was well organized and staff was nice. Though we had a small problem during the three days of stay, Frances tried everything to help us.

Response from Frances:
Although it was very unfortunate that the hot water heater stopped working on their second day of their 3 day stay the next day a brand new one was purchased and installed. I offered them to re-locate to another condo in the resort but they were happy where they were . I also offered them a complimentary 3 day stay at another time. Their only concern was taking showers so I had the manager allow them to use another condo. I was in the United States when this happened but it all worked out.

Nice and quiet. If you're looking for a no-frills getaway, this place is perfect. Pretty and private gardens. Nice pool. Make sure you have a car...

Response from Frances:
I have never heard anyone ever complain about or seen mold. But I will look into that. Also I have never had a car and have been going for 12 years. For me it was easier and less expensive to use the cab service if you plan to stay in the general area. Also the bus system is amazing and the cost is about 30 cents from Quepos to Manuel Antonio./

Loved the place from the first moment I got in. The house is located just 20 mins from Biezanz Beach, it is far enough to be calm and quiet and close enough to not think twice about going to town! Will definitely stay again at this place!

12 years ago when I landed at Pueblo Real I never thought I would be owning a condo in such a magical place! I have had the pleasure of spending every cold winter in the warmth and beauty of Costa Rica. By the end of our stay I had really come to love the people of Costa Rica. Th…
