The space
The mini-house can accommodate up to five overnight guests, and is suitable for couples, small groups and families. A large loft with a double bed, a small loft with a single bed, and two bunk beds. Single bathroom, gas water heater and cinderella combustion toilet.
Simple but pleasant interior with a focus on nature and tranquility. There is no power or running water, but the water tank and water pump provide water in the spring inside. There is no drinking water, as water is collected from rivers nearby. Power is available via battery, which provides power for lights, mobile charging and smaller power-consuming appliances. There will be simple instructions for use of electricity and water in the mini-house.

Here you can wake up to birdsong, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the fjord and end the day in front of the wood-burning stove after a trip to the mountains. If you like fishing, the fjord nearby offers very good fishing opportunities.
The mini-house is located in Dalsvegen in Ytre Matre, approx. 25 km from Rosendal and approx. 5 km from Matre ferry dock. Peaceful surroundings with great views of mountains and fjords. Good fishing opportunities in the fjord.
Many great hiking opportunities in the area, and about 15 km to Fjellhaugen ski resort.

The water tank is located under the tiny house and needs to be filled using a hose from the nearby river, which is easily accessible. There is no drinking water because the water is sourced from a nearby river.
Power is available via battery, which provides power for lights, charging of mobile and smaller power-consuming appliances. Please turn off the lights when not in use so that the battery does not drain unnecessarily. Under normal use, the battery lasts 2–3 days. If it is necessary to charge the battery during your stay, the host will do so using a generator. There will be simple instructions for use of electricity and water in the mini-house.

- Gas water heater that provides hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. The water tank is right on the outside of the tiny house, filled with a water hose from the river nearby. In the winter, there is an indoor water tank to prevent the water from freezing.
