Kathy was a welcoming host, encouraging us to treat her home as our own. She was helpful when needed but otherwise left us to ourselves. The facilities were comfortable and as advertised. Excellent value. We would recommend.

Great value quite close to Bury St. Edmunds. 13 mins by car. Kathy is a good host who makes you feel very welcome. Because it's a room in her house, Kathy knows just how much to be available and yet we felt like we almost had the whole house to ourselves. The bed is very comfortable and the en-suite another great plus. Ample light in the bedroom and a big closet for hanging things. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee machine was a great plus for me! The little town of Woolpit is quaint and quiet. We'd recommend a stay here.
