This is an adorable home!! Very comfortable and clean. There's a lovely back porch to enjoy downtime. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in. We would absolutely stay here again! Laura is incredibly accommodating, easy to reach, and hospitable. The house itself is quite close to downtown. And within walking distance to a coffee shop. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did :)

Laura's cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Atlanta. We were able to get to all of our downtown events with no traffic problems. It is really close to downtown, Grant Park and interstate access. The cottage is so cute and quaint. The fireplace is outstanding (get it?). The photos really don't do it justice. I was a bit disappointed that the upstairs bed was a blow-up mattress. But overall it is a great location and it really secure. Thank you Laura!

Response from Laura:
The house is a historic mill town house with the typical tall, narrow layout. We are not able to move a traditional bed to the upstairs loft bedroom, so use a raised queen sized-plus Instabed air mattress bed that always stays inflated. This was noted in the "sleeping arrangements" section of the listing. I now have also noted this in the "amenity limitations" section. We are considering putting a nice futon bed upstairs instead but know that some people are not comfortable with low beds. Open to suggestions for this. Want to make guests happy. :)

Laura's place was perfect for our parents and adult niece's visit. Her home was clean, quiet, and decorated with really cool and interesting pieces. A great place for our parents to return to and recharge at after visiting with the grandkids! The kitchen had everything they needed and then some. The layout was great for our older parents; our niece had her own space up in the upstairs lofted area. Having off-street parking was also a bonus, assuring that there was always a spot to park. Our parents went out of their way to tell us that this was the best rental they have stayed in in Atlanta. We also live in Cabbagetown (so we're biased :) ). It is very walkable and now between the bike-share program and Uber/Lyft, you wouldn't need to have a car for your adventures. The neighborhood is full of interesting houses and restaurants, and a short walk/bike/drive to many, many points of interest for all ages. From Zoo Atlanta to the MLK Historic Area to a stroll on the Beltline to Krog Street Market and Ponce City Market, there's something for everyone. Laura's home is in a great location to serve as your in-town oasis after exploring Atlanta. Laura was very easy to communicate with. We look forward to booking here again!
