This is great value for money. Within walking distance of the capital building with grocery stores and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Michael is a great communicator and was very prompt in answering questions and suggestions. Don't worry about renting a car unless you want to do data trips. A stones throw from Union Station and 12 minute drive to Reagan Airport.

Like this place. Except it's a little loud in the evening because children were running on the above floor, and there's no laundry detergent in the house.

This small cozy apartment is a wonderful place to stay, when sight seeing in DC. Its close to union station and the circulator. Circulator bus ride is very convenient to all prime museums & monument. Kids had great fun!!

Perfect place for a short trip to DC! My colleague and I were in town for a conference, and Michael's apartment gave us a wonderful clean refuge after some long days. Also, there were many helpful labels throughout the apartment. In addition, there was complimentary coffee, tea, water bottles, and granola bars waiting for us. The apartment is also in a perfect location, blocks from union station, and walkable to many sites and excellent restaurants. Thanks again!

The location is excellent: two blocks from H Street and its shops and restaurants, close to Union Station and all its trains. Michael provided us with a neighborhood parking pass and we were able to find street places all weekend in spite of it being a residential area. The approach to the unit (which is one of the typical English basement apartments in the charming row houses of Capitol Hill) is in the rear down a set of steps entering from the 3rd Street side. I suggested a light be installed to make the footing easier to navigate and he was appreciative of the suggestion. The bed was quite comfortable and the futon in the living room as well. There was a kitchen with a very nice array of tools/pans and a thoughtful provision of creamers and a Brita pitcher in the fridge as well as water bottles and granola bars for a quick snack. We did hear little feet, but it was not a problem for us. Our daughter lives nearby and we will very likely return in the future to this unit!

I highly recommend staying here---no complaints at all!!!! Michael was so easy to get in contact with, and was very helpful and organized with information to prepare us for our stay. You can really tell that he cares about the comfort of his guests. The apartment itself is about a 5 min walk from Union station, which was extremely beneficial for our sight-seeing needs. Every room was very clean, well decorated, and well taken care of. Even in the muggy summer weather, the apartment stayed comfortable due to the a.c units. I was very thrilled with how comfortable this place was to stay in, and would definitely stay again.
