We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. The annex is beautifully decorated. David is a great host, very responsive. Supplies were left in the kitchen which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend.

Fabulous cottage type apartment / wing of the wonderful Elizabethan house Loved the decor/ artwork, gardens, location and especially Trich ( Davids housekeeper) - she was an absolute gem! Immaculately clean and well furnished / decorated David even left essentials for breakfast and many other items in the fridge ( including beers which we didn't drink) The kitchen could do with being stocked with more cutlery & crockery but otherwise great for producing an meals Thanks again David, we hope you'll have us back again if we're down this way

We thought the house was fabulous. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful surroundings. The house is located in a picture-postcard village and includes everything you need for a relaxing comfortable break. David was so welcoming and we would very much recommend a visit. We stayed for the week and enjoyed touring and some lovely walks nearby too. We will be back!
