Double ensuite bedroom in cosy 200 year old typical Irish city cottage.
This room has just been renovated to a very high spec, with a new wetroom ensuite installed and all new fixtures and fittings, including a brand new bed and mattress.
An unusual listing, you will share an entrance hall but have a private ensuite room immediately off this, complete with a microwave, a kettle and a toaster but will not have access to the rest of the house. Essentially you will have a self contained area within my home so I can be on hand if you need me but you also may only ever meet me coming/going from my own part sporadically!

The house is situated in a quiet settled area but less than a 10 minute walk to city centre.

Great pubs, restaurants and transport links all close by.

The space
Quaint and quirky this place is 200 years old, with low ceilings and narrow doors to prove it!
You will share the entrance, but your room is situated immediately inside the main door on the left. You will only have access to that room during your stay. Our rooms are above and to the side, but we are generally very quiet and appreciate that you will be too.

This room was renovated recently to a high spec, with a new wetroom ensuite installed and all new fixtures and fittings, including a brand new bed and mattress.
You will have a private en-suite room and a mini kitchenette space with a hob and a fridge/freezer - note no running water in the room, but the tap water in the bathroom is potable.
You are renting a self contained area within my home, so I am on hand if you need me, as I work from home mostly, but we also may only ever meet coming/going from my side!

Quiet and residential, neighbours are very friendly, the street adjacent is known as the 'artsy/hipster' area, there are loads of pubs, restaurants and shops, and the airport bus drops you at the bottom of the hill. The house is about an 8-10 minute easy stroll to the main city centre.
