The historic Captain York House can accommodate small or large groups as well as family reunions. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (6 with en suite, 3 tub/shower combinations), two living rooms, a large family room (with TV/DVD), one kitchen, one kitchenette, and two decks. Enjoy many island beaches, beautiful ocean sunsets, two fantastic restaurants Cook's Lobster & Ale House and Moorse's Cribstone Restaurant (short walk from house), Land's End Gift Shop.

Plenty of room for our party of 14, very safe (with outdoor areas) for the kids to play, and perfect location on Bailey Island. So much to do in Harpswell and surrounding area.... Highly recommended. If we ever have a group this big again we will definitely stay here again..

Wow....our family vacation was unexpected y side tracked and we angst over what time do..we found The Captain York house. Took a chance and BOOM! The best family getaway we had in years! We are privileged to have stayed there and hope to return!!
