This cozy studio apartment is located on the second floor. My place is close to Alla Spina, The Belgian Cafe, Honey's Sit 'n Eat, Cafe La Maude, and Osteria. You’ll love my place because of the location, it is just three blocks from the museum district. The best part about the apartment is that on my morning jog I run to the art museum. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space

This cozy studio apartment is located on the second floor. It's small and clean and in a great location. There's a full kitchen and a queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress. The condos very high ceilings and windows make it very inviting and spacious. The condo can easily sleep three people.

Guest access

You will have full access to the studio and all of its amenities.

Other things to note

Parking at the Apartment

There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. Monday-Friday there is 2 hour free parking on between 8:30am—6pm! On Sundays parking is free. The city tickets very aggressively, so be careful.

Apartment was just as described in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Communication was prompt, friendly and seamless. Old Town is a bit of a walk but public transport is available. The aircon is a bit noisy, so if you're leaving it on at night, bring ear plugs if you're noise-sensitive.

Luke's apartment was very affordable. The neighborhood is quiet, and very clean. We thought that the bar downstairs would have a noise issue, but it was not a problem. The walls are very thin, so that may be an issue for light sleepers. Luke's place best suits 2-3 guests, mainly for those who are out all day and just need a place to sleep at night. The kitchen is small and narrow, but sufficiently equipped with glasses, bowls, and utensils. There is one bed, and one sofa bed. The bed is very soft and comfortable, but the bed sheets and blankets had a slight odor, which we were wary of using. As described, the apartment is very close to the museum district. A 10-13 minute walk got us to the Eastern State Penitentiary, a good experience. On the opposite end (15 minute walk ) got us to the Barnes Foundation, Academy of Natural Sciences, Franklin Institute, etc. For the price per night, the stay was overall very enjoyable and affordable.

It's a great place to stay. Check in and out was really easy. The property was central, well presented and has everything you'd need.

Good location and value; walkable to major sites. Amenities were limited (i.e. no spoons) but apartment was clean. We found the shower water pressure (mentioned in other reviews) to be fine. Also, Luke was initially slow to respond to our questions about check-in, but provided detailed instructions.

Pretty bare-boned budget rental. Convenient location, easy check in, but bring your own hand soap and ear plugs.

Unit was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. Dirty linens and bathroom covered in hair. We had to leave and check into a hotel. Don't stay here.

Luke's place was nice and cute and very accurate to the description. Everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. For example the city center was only a mile away and the zoo was only 2 miles away. The neighborhood was pretty quiet as well with its own bar downstairs.

I'm a a down to earth guy. Generally quiet and a little on the shy side. I like to give my guests lots of space but I'm available to answer questions or provide local tips.

I love to travel and see new places.

I list my apartment in NYC and my apartment in Philly on Airbnb. They're both great places to call home for a while. I'm also listing a studio apartment in Philly for my cousin, who's studying abroad this semester.

As a host, my aim is to provide comfortable and affordable accommodations in a great location. It's so nice when a family or group of friends can affordably enjoy a great place like NYC or Philly together and Airbnb really makes that possible, so I love it.

Have a great stay !!
