SanjayGandhiPark,Kanheri caves,Borivali's vast market,Fish market very close from our place. 5min walk to dahisar Rly stn.
You’ll love my place because it is beautifully made and decorated,we are very passionate with our work and love to meet new people, know about their different cultures and traditions. Love to cook different dishes for them. Love to take them around and spend time with them.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) & big groups.

The space

It is in a quiet residential area. With safe and secure neighborhood. Safe for solo female travellers. 5 minutes walk from the Dahisar west Railway station and 35 to 45 minutes (19 km) from the Sahara international airport. Free wifi, breakfast and can enjoy talking with the hosts.

Guest access

The kitchen is open 24*7 where the guests and the hosts can learn new dishes from each other. The guests are free to use it to make their own lunch or dinner.
With easy ground floor access. 24 hour private access to the room. Large terrace.
Access to wifi, kitchen, terrace-- to watch a few stars on the Bombay's sky, common place to watch TV with the hosts, garden and the veranda with an antique swing. books on many topics. climbing artificial wall on the backside of the bungalow.
We also have a yoga hall which doubles up as a space for artists to use as well as a party hall. Its a space for nurturing arts.

Interaction with guests

We love to talk with our guests as it allows us to know so much from them about our own country as they are travelling to many parts where we still haven't. And of course to hear of their country.
I am always at home if they need anything. Let them know about a few good places around us. I also love to take my guests out or love to go with them for any sight seeing places.
I would be happy to show you around the neighbourhood, allowing you to experience the Bombay, for example take you around the vegetable market, textile market and the national park, even take you to a dairy farm in the middle of the city.
Bombay has a vibrant theater culture and great performances every now and then that travellers can enjoy.

Other things to note

not many rules, but yes. would like if the guests help me save electricity by switching off the the geyser, lights and fans when not in the room.
There are dogs on the property who are extremely friendly and love the guests.
We also have a yoga hall which doubles up as a space for artists to use as well as a party hall. Its a space for nurturing arts.

Place is Good and Spacious. About a group of 6 can comfortable stay there. Except for the location which took time to reach from the Airport at night. Host is sweet. Thank you.

Though Ranjana's apartment was clean and nice enough, it had little to do with the diplayed pictures which show quite an atmosphere. Dahisar (the quarter where the bungalow lies) is interesting, crowdy and dirty. At first it was shocking, since it was our first day in India, but we discored it little by little and liked it. Fot sure is not what somebody would call a "touristic attraction". Ranjana was nice, cooked a breakfast for us for welcome and prepared the room. After that she was a little hard to reach. All in all I would say it was a fine but less than we expected.

Response from Ranjana:
Thank you Bogdan for your motivational review. My sincere apologies for not being reachable when required. I had to leave for a personal emergency which could not have been avoided. Having said that, I would like to clarify a few things too. 1. It is a touristy place with the beautiful Sanjay Gandhi National Park a few minutes from our location (Approximately 10 minutes). There are big market places like the Borivali market with huge variety of things of all sorts and for all. 2. Yes. It is a bit crowded. But Mumbai is home to 22 million people so it is very difficult to work around that fact unless one decides to stay outside the city. We are conveniently located at a 5 minutes walk from Dahisar railway station that connects you through the length of the city. But I genuinely regret the fact that your experience was anything less than your expectations. I hope I can make it up to you during your next visit.

I am a nature lover. Love to travel and love to stay with local people. Like to make new friends across the globe. I love places with mountain ranges, cold places, with lots of flora and fauna to discover. I love to read books like novels, fiction, nonfiction, comics magazines. Love to watch movies, old classics, love suspense. I love to listen to music which is melodius, a little classical, a few old english numbers too. I love to eat food and love to make too.
Whenever we used go on vacation and travel in our own car, we never stayed in a hotel. We stayed in our own tents or with local families wherever we stopped. And loved their food and made friends with them. It was always a good experience. I had decided that one day even I will have a home stay at my place. And so I have started with the home stay at my place.
Rest I leave on my guests to decide as to what type of a host I am. Though I am a friendly, cleanliness freak, with a few good values .
Hope n love to meet lovely people around the world.
